Requires enableShifts on the company. If shifts are off, the API may return an empty list or 403.

startTime / endTime Shift interval (ISO-8601)
employeeId Assigned employee — null if unassigned
employeeDisplayName Display name when assigned
shiftTypeName Label of the planned shift type
